Bacon-wrapped croquettes with dip

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 450 g croquettes
  • 12 slice(s) bacon
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp basil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Toast the nuts in a non-stick pan without using any fat. Halve the bacon slices, wrap the croquettes in them, and fry them in a nonstick pan with a little oil for 12-15 minutes. Mix the quark with the nuts, basil, and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Thread the bacon sticks onto wooden skewers and serve with dip. 599 kcal per serving.
