Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g fish, hake (or according to taste) frozen
  • 1 roll(s), (alternatively 3-4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs or oat flakes)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Clarified butter, for frying
  • Caraway seeds
  • marjoram
  • Thyme
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mince thawed fish with garlic and parsley in a Moulinex blender, soak bread in a little milk, squeeze out the excess water (or breadcrumbs or oat flakes), and add to the fish mixture. Season, form into small loaves, roll in breadcrumbs, and fry in clarified butter; these are also perfect for a cold platter.
