the delicious dip for burgers and (sweet potato) fries

Cut the bacon strips into small cubes and fry in a pan until crispy. Then place the bacon cubes on a piece of kitchen paper, press down to absorb the fat, and let them cool. Pour the mayonnaise into a small bowl, add the bacon, and then the lemon juice. Season to taste with paprika and garlic salt. Then let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour. The bacon will absorb some of the liquid from the mayonnaise and lemon juice and become slightly softer. At the same time, the flavor of the bacon will develop throughout the mayonnaise. At this point, the bacon is ready. Ideal with sweet potato fries or as a topping on a burger.
