Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 slices of wholemeal bread
- 3 tbsp, leveled butter
- 3 eggs
- 6 large prawns or equivalent amount of small
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and toast the bread slices on both sides. Drain on kitchen paper. Whisk the eggs with a little salt and let them set in the pan with 1 tablespoon of butter. In another pan, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter, finely dice the garlic, add it, and gently fry the peeled and deveined shrimp. Season with salt. First, pour the scrambled eggs onto the bread slices, then arrange the shrimp on top.
