Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wheat flour type 550
  • 370 ml water, cold
  • 8 g yeast
  • 10 g salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 8 hours 45 minutes

to tear off from only 4 ingredients

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate the dough, covered, for at least 8 hours. Then, place the baguette-shaped dough on a baking sheet and cut into “tips” with scissors (see image). Dust the unbaked baguette with flour. Bake the bread at 200°C (400°F) for 40 minutes.
