Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 450 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 700 g flour
  • 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the ingredients in the bread maker in the order listed. Select the “Dough Only” program. After the program has finished, divide the dough into 3-4 pieces and shape into baguettes. Make several diagonal cuts and brush with water. Let rise for 10 minutes. Place a cup of water in the oven and preheat it to 250°C. Baking time: approx. 15-20 minutes.
