Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 400 g cheese, (Gouda) grated
  • 200 g ham, cooked or salami
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 small can of pineapple
  • 1 can tuna, shredded
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp herbs, chopped
  • 12 baguette(s) – rolls for baking

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes

Cut the ham into small pieces and mix all the ingredients together. Then refrigerate the mixture for about 4 hours. Then remove from the refrigerator and spread it on the halved baguette rolls. Then bake at 175°C (convection oven) for about 15-20 minutes.
