Baguette with goat cheese and honey

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of baguette
  • 200 g cheese (goat cheese)
  • Honey, preferably a bitter variety
  • Rosemary, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Top the baguette slices with the goat cheese. Then spread a thin layer of honey over the top and sprinkle with fresh rosemary. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Serve with lamb’s lettuce and a vinaigrette.
