Baguette without yeast with beer

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 330 ml beer
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • n. B. olives
  • Flour for the work surface

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

When the yeast is out again, the perfect recipe

Knead all ingredients together. If the dough is too dry, add a little more water or beer. If it’s too wet, add a little more flour. Transfer the dough to a floured work surface and form two baguettes. Bake the baguettes in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 40 minutes.
