Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 ml cream
  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 ml coffee, boiled, very strong, cold
  • 300 ml schnapps, clear

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Coffee – Cream – Liqueur

Bring the cream and sugar to a boil in a saucepan and let it caramelize. It should turn brown. Then remove from the heat and stir in the coffee (it needs to be very strong). Let it cool, then add the schnapps. Enjoy immediately or let it steep for a few hours before serving—the liqueur will only improve if you do.
