Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml juice (mango juice)
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 g sugar (brown sugar is also possible)
  • 300 ml schnapps (double grain)

First, bring the water to a boil. Add the sugar and boil for 1 minute, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Allow to cool. In the meantime, prepare a nice, decorative bottle that has been rinsed with boiling water. Pour the mango juice into it, then the sugar solution, and finally the Doppelkorn schnapps. Mix well and refrigerate. This makes about 1 liter of liqueur, which should be kept in the refrigerator. It’s also delicious as a base for a mix or over ice.
