Baileys Cake
The perfect baileys cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the ground
- 3 piece Eggs
- 3 tablespoon Water
- 2 drops Taste of rum
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 100 g Flour
- 50 g Ground nuts
- 1,5 tablespoon Baking cocoa
For the filling
- 200 g Philadelphia
- 80 g Sugar
- 250 g Baileys
- 7 sheet Gelatin
- 2 packet Cream stiffener
- 500 ml Cream
For the edge
- 2 packet Wafer rolls

- Mix the flour with the nuts, cocoa and baking powder.
- Mix the eggs with the water until frothy. Now slowly pour in the sugar / vanilla sugar.
- Then carefully fold in the flour mixture.
- Pour the batter into a springform pan. And bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 25-30 minutes.

- Make the gelatin a soft.
- Beat the Philadelphia and sugar until smooth. Then slowly add to the Baileys. Incidentally, whip the cream with the cream stiffener in another bowl.
- Dissolve the gelatin and carefully add to the Baileys mixture. Now add the cream to the mass and fold in.

- A cake ring is placed around the base and a slightly smaller bowl is used as a help, as the wafer rolls are now placed on the outside of the floor as a boundary. The shell is then removed again.
