Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 2 tbsp brittle (hazelnut brittle)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Small cake, super tasty and very easy
Cream the soft butter until smooth and gradually stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat in the two eggs, one at a time. Sift the flour with the baking powder. Gradually stir in the flour, alternating with the Baileys. Stir in the hazelnut brittle and cocoa powder, and pour the batter into a greased and floured 22cm Bundt pan. Bake in the lower third of a preheated oven at 175°C for about 45 minutes. Turn the cake out after 10-15 minutes. This cake is a success every time!
