Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml Cremefine for whipping
  • 100 ml milk (1.5%)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 5 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 ½ bags of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 ml brandy, or 100 ml rum or 50 ml whiskey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

makes approx. 1 liter

Put all ingredients except the alcohol into the Thermomix (or a multi-cooker) and mix for 7 minutes at 70°C on speed 2. Allow to cool briefly and then stir in the alcohol. Bottle and enjoy. It will keep for several weeks if heated in the refrigerator. Makes approx. 1 liter. Kcal information / 5 cl: 91 kcal 4.8 g fat 0 g ball. 7.6 g cabbage. 2.2 mg nat. 0.7 g protein.
