Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 140 g flour
  • 110 g sugar
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 70 ml Baileys Irish Cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Suitable for WW – 2.5P

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt until frothy. Melt the cream cheese in the microwave until slightly soft, then add the Baileys and mix until smooth. Sift the flour and baking powder over the mixture and fold in. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
