Baileys Muffins

The perfect baileys muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 280 g Flour
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 Pck. Baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Baking soda
  • 50 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 42 g Chocolate shavings
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 80 ml Oil
  • 200 g Buttermilk
  • 100 ml Baileys
  • 12 tsp Baileys for watering
  1. Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and nuts.
  2. Lightly whisk the egg. Add sugar, oil, buttermilk and Baileys and stir well.
  3. Briefly stir in the flour mixture.
  4. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Let muffins cool and then prick several times with a toothpick. Drizzle with a teaspoon of Baileys drop by drop.
  6. P.S .: Next time I will do the dripping with a syringe or pipette, as a lot of things went wrong with the teaspoon.
