Baileys Muffins
The perfect baileys muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 280 g Flour
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 Pck. Baking powder
- 0,5 tsp Baking soda
- 50 g Ground hazelnuts
- 42 g Chocolate shavings
- 1 Egg
- 100 g Sugar
- 80 ml Oil
- 200 g Buttermilk
- 100 ml Baileys
- 12 tsp Baileys for watering
- Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and nuts.
- Lightly whisk the egg. Add sugar, oil, buttermilk and Baileys and stir well.
- Briefly stir in the flour mixture.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° for 20-25 minutes.
- Let muffins cool and then prick several times with a toothpick. Drizzle with a teaspoon of Baileys drop by drop.
- P.S .: Next time I will do the dripping with a syringe or pipette, as a lot of things went wrong with the teaspoon.
