Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 125 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 apples, sour, approx. 600 g
- 1 lemon(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 tsp Nutella
- 150 g whipped cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- n. B. Icing sugar, for sprinkling
- n. B. Apple, diced, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Whisk together flour, eggs, milk, and salt. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes. Peel and coarsely grate the apples, and drizzle with lemon juice. Fold half into the batter. Heat the oil and bake 4 golden-brown pancakes. Let cool slightly. Spread with nougat cream, fill with the remaining apples, and roll up. Place the pancakes in a shallow baking dish. Whisk together the cream, egg yolk, and vanilla sugar. Pour over the pancakes. Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200°C, fan: 175°C, gas mark 3) for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and diced apples, if desired.
