Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 200 g margarine or butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Fat, for the shape
  • Breadcrumbs, for the mold
  • 400 g apples
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 200 ml cream
  • 300 ml milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 g cinnamon and sugar, mixed

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Dough: Make a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients. Grease a springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the dough into the pan, spread it out, and press a raised edge upwards. Topping: Peel and slice the apples. Spread them on the dough and sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture over them. Bring the cream, milk, sugar, and custard powder to a boil until it begins to thicken, then quickly spread it over the apples. Bake at 180°C for about 60 minutes. When the topping begins to brown, cover with aluminum foil. Refrigerate until the custard has set.
