Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 m.-sized apples, sour
- 50 g nuts, chopped
- 3 tbsp jam or jelly, red
- 2 handfuls of cranberries, dried
- some butter for the mold
- 1 dashes lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
without marzipan
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Core the apples using a corer. Mix the chopped nuts with the jam, cranberries, and 1-2 squeezes of lemon juice. Butter an ovenproof dish. Fill the apples with the nut mixture and roast in the oven for about 30 minutes. Serve with vanilla sauce or ice cream.
