Baked apples with goat cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 apples, tart
  • 150 g goat’s cheese
  • 100 g quark
  • 2 tbsp cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Halve the apples lengthwise and remove plenty of cores. Mash the goat cheese with a fork and mix well with the quark. Add the Emmental cheese and pine nuts. Season with herb salt. Fill the apple halves with the cheese mixture and bake at 220°C for 15-20 minutes. Serve with a leaf salad.
