Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 large apples, sour
- 120 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 small onion(s), peeled, finely chopped
- some sage, chopped
- salt and pepper
- Fat for the mold
- possibly water or broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the tops off the apples and carefully scoop out the insides with a spoon. Chop the flesh and mix it with the onion and minced meat. Season with salt and pepper, and add the sage. Stuff the apples with the minced meat and place in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) or 200°C (conventional oven) for about 30 minutes. Add water or broth occasionally, if desired. Serve with potatoes.
