Asparagus Salad Fruity
The perfect asparagus salad fruity recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Asparagus green fresh
- 1 Kg Fresh white asparagus
- 1 piece Fresh mango
- 1 piece Orange fresh
- 4 El Olive oil
- Gourmet pepper from my KB
- Salt
- Sugar
- Smoked salmon
- for 2 people as a main course for 4 people as a starter
- 1. Peel the asparagus and cut into 4-5 pieces
- Cook the asparagus in salted water and a little sugar until al dente. Throw away water
- Let cool slightly and in the meantime peel the mango and cut into small cubes
dressing
- Put the juice of 1 orange in a bowl and add the olive oil, stir well and season with salt and pepper. Turn the asparagus in it and let it steep a little.
- Arrange it nicely and garnish with salmon INSTEAD of salmon, it also goes well with prawns.
