Baked banana with honey

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 bananas
  • 8 tbsp flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • possibly water
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 500 ml oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Make a batter with flour, eggs, salt, and baking powder. If it’s too thick, add a little water. Peel the bananas, cut each one in half, and add them to the batter. Heat the oil and fry the bananas until golden brown. Drain briefly on kitchen paper. Transfer to dessert plates and drizzle with honey, if desired. Vanilla ice cream also goes well with this. You can also use pineapple instead of bananas.
