Baked banana with orange sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 75 g butter
  • 1 orange(s) or
  • 75 ml orange juice without added sugar
  • 4 bananas
  • 40 g honey
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine orange juice, butter, and honey in a pan and heat. Peel and halve the bananas, and place them in a greased baking dish. Spread the orange juice and butter mixture over the bananas. Mix the desiccated coconut with the cinnamon. Sprinkle over the bananas. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
