Sweet Marshmallow Peaches

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 peach(s) (halves) from the can
  • 8 marshmallows
  • 300 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place a marshmallow into each peach half. Grill under the hot oven grill for about 5 minutes, until the marshmallows begin to melt. Puree the frozen raspberries. Mix with cream cheese and sugar. Serve the warm marshmallow peaches with the ice-cold raspberry cream cheese frosting.
