Baked cauliflower

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g cauliflower
  • salt and pepper
  • 125 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • chives
  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • nutmeg
  • 20 g blue cheese
  • 20 g cheese (raclette cheese)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the cauliflower, cut into florets, and cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Place in a colander and drain well. Meanwhile, wash the chicken breast, pat dry, and roughly dice. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat for 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the chives. Mix the crème fraîche and milk and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir the chives into the crème fraîche. Dice the blue cheese. Grate the raclette cheese. Mix the cauliflower and chicken and place in an ovenproof pan. Pour the crème fraîche over it, sprinkle with the blue cheese and grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes or crusty white bread.
