Fried shrimp with smoked garlic

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg shrimp(s), ready prepared
  • 10 clove(s) garlic, smoked
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 baguette(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat olive oil and butter, press in the 10 smoked garlic cloves, and add them. Sauté briefly, then add the shrimp and cook for a few minutes. Serve with baguette. If you like, you can garnish the dish with parsley or add chili peppers while frying – we don’t think it’s necessary. We discovered this dish by chance. The smoked garlic really gives the shrimp a kick! It doesn’t need any seasoning; it’s salty enough! P.S.: If you’re using frozen shrimp, defrost them first and drain the water, otherwise they’ll be too sticky in the pan!
