Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp tarragon
- ½ tsp mustard (Dijon mustard)
- ½ tbsp sherry vinegar
- Salt
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 6 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Place the fennel seeds and tarragon in a bowl and crush them with a pestle. Stir in the Dijon mustard, sherry vinegar, salt, and crème fraîche. While stirring, add the oil until an emulsion forms.
