Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g potatoes
- 20 g butter, melted
- 4 slices of butter cheese or raclette cheese
- 1 bunch of chives
- 100 g bacon cubes
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes
Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes. Then halve the potatoes lengthwise and place them cut-side up in a greased baking dish. Brush the cut sides with melted butter and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the bacon cubes. Arrange the cheese slices on top. Grill the potatoes in the preheated grill for 4-7 minutes. Wash the chives, cut them into small rings, and sprinkle them over the dish. Serve with a green or mixed salad.
