Baked chicken fillets

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 1 can pineapple, pieces
  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 1 bottle of curry sauce
  • 1 bottle of chili sauce
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Season the chicken breast fillets and place them in a baking dish. Slice the onions into rings and arrange the pineapple chunks and peaches on top of the meat. Mix the curry sauce, chili sauce, and cream together and pour over the meat. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. It also tastes great topped with cheese.
