Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut

Instructions

Melt butter in a pan. Halve the peeled banana lengthwise and brush with lemon juice. Place the banana in the pan and drizzle with honey. After about 2 minutes, flip the banana, sprinkle with desiccated coconut, bake for another 2 minutes, and serve. Only the butter and desiccated coconut are charged per serving. This makes a light dessert that can be prepared quickly and with little effort. It’s also very tasty for children.
