Baked cream pudding cake

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 80 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 2 cans of tangerine(s)
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 150 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream the butter, sugar, and egg until fluffy. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan to serve as the base. Make a pudding from the vanilla pudding powder, milk, and sugar, then mix well with the sour cream and mandarins, then pour it onto the batter. Bake at 200°C for 50-60 minutes (cover with aluminum foil after 50 minutes). Important: Let the cake cool in the pan.
