Remove the feta cheese from the packaging and drain off any juices. Brush the cheese with chili oil on both sides and then season with Italian herbs. Place the feta on a fairly large piece of aluminum foil and shape all the edges into a small basket, or use a pre-made aluminum tray. Slice the onion into rings and scatter them on top of the feta and in the dish. Dice the tomato and also place it on top of and around the feta. Finally, finely chop the garlic clove and scatter it throughout the dish. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 150°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20-30 minutes on the middle rack. The feta cheese is ready when it is nice and soft. Serve with a fresh salad and/or crusty bread.
