Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g feta cheese
- 8 cocktail tomatoes
- 2 sprig(s) rosemary, dried or fresh
- 2 pinch(s) thyme, dried
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 onion(s)
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Suitable for preparation on the grill or in the oven.
Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over a piece of aluminum foil about 2.5-3 times as wide as the feta. Add a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Slice the onion into rings. Place half of the onion rings on the aluminum foil. Sprinkle with rosemary, thyme, and a crushed garlic clove, to taste. Place the feta on top and sprinkle with the remaining onion rings, garlic, herbs, and spices. Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil. Arrange the tomatoes on the sides and seal the feta into a parcel. Grill for about 15-20 minutes or bake in the oven at 200°C.
