Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g pork fillet(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 500 g broccoli
- 250 g tagliatelle pasta
- 4 m.-sized tomatoes
- 75 g blue cheese
- ¼ liter broth, clear
- 200 ml milk
- 4 tbsp whipped cream
- 20 g flour
- 20 g butter or margarine
- 50 g cheese (grated Gouda)
- ½ bunch chives
- Salt and pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Pat the fillet dry and halve. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil. Fry the meat in it for about 15 minutes. Trim and wash the broccoli and cut into florets. Cook the pasta and broccoli in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Trim and wash the tomatoes and cut into wedges. Dice the blue cheese and bring to a boil with the broth, milk, and cream. Knead the flour and fat together, then stir in the pieces. Season to taste. Drain the pasta and broccoli. Place the tomatoes in a shallow ovenproof dish. Slice the fillet and place on top. Pour the sauce over the meat and sprinkle with the Gouda cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 200°C/fan: 175°C/gas mark 3) for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash the chives, cut into rolls, and sprinkle over the chives.
