Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 300 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 300 g ham, cooked
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g butter
  • 150 g low-fat yogurt
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Fondor
  • chives
  • 1 loaf(s) (flatbread)
  • Parsley
  • marjoram

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the Gouda cheese and ham. Whisk together the cream, softened butter, and yogurt until smooth. Add the cheese and ham and season to taste. Cut the flatbread in half and fill with the mixture. Wrap in aluminum foil and place in the preheated oven. 175°C ~ 20 minutes. Tip: The topping can be prepared the day before. It can be stored in a sealable container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
