  • 1 bunch Green asparagus
  • 200 gram Ham
  • 200 gram Pizza cheese
  • 200 gram Butter
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  1. First cook the asparagus, then roll it up with the ham. Melt the butter in a saucepan with the egg yolks until it is bound. Put the asparagus in a baking dish. Pour the Dutch sauce over it, put the cheese on top and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes
