Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 points meat (gyros), frozen
- 1 bottle of sauce (cocktail sauce)
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 1 pack of grated cheese
Instructions

Greek gyro casserole
Brown the meat in a pan without adding any fat. Meanwhile, whisk the cocktail sauce and cream until well combined. When the gyro is cooked through, but not too crispy, transfer it to a casserole dish. Pour the cocktail cream sauce over it. Then bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 15-20 minutes. No additional seasoning is needed. This dish goes very well with fries and herbs or garlic baguette.
