Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch carrot(s), diced
- 2 kohlrabi, diced
- e.g. butter
- some parsley
- some sugar
- salt and pepper
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Caramelize a piece of butter with a little sugar, fry the carrots in it, and deglaze with a little water. Let the mixture simmer. When the carrots are no longer too firm, add the finely chopped kohlrabi. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer again, occasionally deglaze with water and reduce until the vegetables have the desired bite. Add a little more butter. Garnish with parsley.
