Baked ham and bananas

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 8 slice(s) ham, raw or 4 slices cooked ham
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the bananas and cut them in half. Cut the ham and cheese in half. Wrap each banana half in a slice of ham and secure with a toothpick. Fry the rolls in oil until light brown, covering each roll with a slice of cheese. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
