Baked Ham Noodles
The perfect baked ham noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Onion red
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 400 g Chunky tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 tsp Dried marjoram
- 150 g Tagliatelle
- 200 g Boiled ham
- 100 g Frozen peas
- 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 40 g Grated pecorino
- 0,5 bunch Chives fresh
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (circulating air 180 degrees). Peel the onion and cut into large cubes. Sauté in a saucepan with the oil. Add tomatoes and 600 ml of water. Cover and bring to the boil, add salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and marjoram Mix in the noodles, cover and pre-cook for 5 minutes over a mild heat
- Cut the ham into 2cm wide strips, mix with the peas under the pasta and put everything in a baking dish (26 +18).
- Place the creme-fraiche on top of the pasta, sprinkle with the cheese and bake in the hot oven on a grid on the middle rack for 20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chives.
