Baked Ham Noodles

The perfect baked ham noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Onion red
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 400 g Chunky tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tsp Dried marjoram
  • 150 g Tagliatelle
  • 200 g Boiled ham
  • 100 g Frozen peas
  • 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 40 g Grated pecorino
  • 0,5 bunch Chives fresh
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (circulating air 180 degrees). Peel the onion and cut into large cubes. Sauté in a saucepan with the oil. Add tomatoes and 600 ml of water. Cover and bring to the boil, add salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and marjoram Mix in the noodles, cover and pre-cook for 5 minutes over a mild heat
  2. Cut the ham into 2cm wide strips, mix with the peas under the pasta and put everything in a baking dish (26 +18).
  3. Place the creme-fraiche on top of the pasta, sprinkle with the cheese and bake in the hot oven on a grid on the middle rack for 20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chives.
