Baked honey banana

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bananas
  • 4 tbsp honey (clover)
  • 6 tbsp almonds, ground
  • 6 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • butter
  • 2 lemons

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the bananas and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle the honey over the bananas. Squeeze the lemons and drizzle the juice over the bananas. Mix the ground almonds and breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the bananas. Then place three knobs of butter on each banana and bake for 20 minutes at approximately 180 degrees Celsius.
