low-calorie and sweet main meal
Place the morello cherries and their liquid in a saucepan. Remove some of the liquid and stir in the custard powder. Bring the cherries to a boil and stir in the custard powder. Bring back to a boil briefly and remove from the heat. Prepare a semolina pudding according to the package instructions. First, layer the cherries, then the semolina pudding in a baking dish. Crumble the amaretti biscuits in a freezer bag (a rolling pin works really well) and sprinkle over the semolina pudding. Finally, sprinkle with a little cinnamon and brown sugar. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 5 minutes. Serve immediately. WW: approx. 6 P. per serving, approx. 440 kcal per serving, approx. 4.3 g fat per serving.
