Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g quark
- 4 eggs
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
For 35 pieces
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until a creamy batter forms. Add the quark cookies to the pan, one tablespoon at a time (1 tablespoon = 1 quark cookie). They should be baked slowly, never on full heat, as otherwise they will quickly turn black on the outside but remain doughy on the inside. I like them best as is, but some might also enjoy them with applesauce, for example.
