Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 250 g sour cream
- 3 tbsp mustard, sweet
- 10 slices of Leberkäse
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with leek and sour cream – mustard – cream
Trim the leek and slice into rings. Sauté in hot oil for about 3 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Mix the sour cream and mustard. Place the Leberkäse on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Top with the leek and spread the cream over it. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat: 150°C) for about 15 minutes. Fresh brown bread goes well with this.
