Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 stalk(s) leeks, depending on size
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Trim the leeks. Cut them into 10 cm long pieces. Place them on the oven rack. Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes, until the stalks are tender. Check with a fork. Cut the leeks lengthwise and remove any burnt outer skin. Unfold and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Great as an appetizer. Can also be served with bread or meat.
