Grilled pork loin

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pork loin(s)
  • 2 pts. bacon (breakfast bacon)
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Only for garlic fans!

Cut small pockets into the loin and stud them with half a garlic clove. Season the loin with pepper (do not salt!) and wrap it completely in bacon. Place it on the grill (charcoal, of course). Turn it every 5 minutes until the bacon is crispy. Serve with tzatziki and baguette.
