Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 Maultaschen
- 250 ml whipped cream
- some broth
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 mozzarella
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Slice the onion into strips. Combine the cream, broth, and onion strips in a bowl and mix together. Then place the uncooked Maultaschen in a casserole dish. Cut the mozzarella into pieces and place one piece of mozzarella over each Maultaschen. Pour the cream, onion, and broth over the Maultaschen. The Maultaschen should be three-quarters covered with cream. Sprinkle a little grated cheese over the top. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for 30 minutes.
