Baked Maultaschen with vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of Maultasche(s)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 bag of vegetables (stir-fried vegetables of your choice, 600 g)
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • Garlic
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Add the frozen vegetables to the pan and cook. Deglaze with the cream and bring to a boil. Season to taste. Place the Maultaschen in a greased casserole dish, placing them side by side. Top with the cooked vegetables. Beat the eggs and add them to the pan. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
