Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ring/s meat sausage, skinned
  • 200 g dried meat, diced
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 can mushrooms (champignons)
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick snack

Cut the sausage into thick slices and place in a buttered casserole dish. Sauté the jerked beef, onions, and mushrooms in a little fat. Pour over the sausage and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with white bread.
